One on one sessions with custom workout routines specifically designed for each client.
Workouts can include any of the following:
Bi-weekly custom nutritional guide based on the client's measurements, daily caloric intake, and overall health goals. Each week will contain the client's recommended nutrient intake specified for each macronutrient and/or micronutrient, and a food log to help aid in the favor of the client's health goals!
